White Page after Install

That is what I did on the test site and got all kinds of errors and site wouldn't come back up, after trying to re-install the backup sql file is when I started getting multiple errors after trying different suggestions from online. So is it best to delete all of these or would they not be recreated and over-written if I reinstalled the software? What happens if after all of this we still end up with the same problem?

It doesn't overwrite the tables when you reinstall. It's hard for me to tell what the problem is without seeing any errors. Next time on the test site uninstall, delete the tables and if you get errors copy and paste them so I can see what's going on. I uninstall and delete the tables all the time on my dev. The only time I've run into problems is if I left the CMS widget or forumhome, stuff like that installed on there.

OK Dylan, I currently have no hair on my head left to pull out so I need your eyes and expertise to have a look and see what is going on here. I no longer have a TEST site currently so did this live, uninstalled all the files/folders, dropped all of the garage tables in the database. Did a fresh reinstall and I am still getting a damn white page and have to disable garage to get the site back and I don't get a NavMenu item for Garage either.
Where do we go from here my friend? What do you need from me?
